I decided to take a hiatus from Royals to focus on school, and during this period I have still been occasionally voting for NX. I have never shared my account with anyone. I don't understand. The rules reads: Vote Abuse - The act of attempting to, or successfully, bypassing the restrictions of voting no more than once per 24 hours I don't recall ever attempting to vote more than once in the same day; and if I ever did, I believe it to be due to connection error or something other. Can you please look into this?
In addition, I don't know anything about hacking/bypassing restrictions; so I really don't know what happened.
One is named Miumarie, and other than that I had some dummy character with a random name that I can't remember. It could've been Miu2 or something like that.
Are there any updates? I'd like to add that, because I have poor memory, there may have been times where I tried to vote multiple times in the same day just to make sure that I've voted. I also spoke with a guildmate who said that my VPN may have been what tipped off the ban.
