I see in the fm a 118 att flame sword and a 133 att sparta, which is better for a level 100 crusader? I'm thinking the sparta since it has higher att but why do some people in the forum say the flame sword is the best 1h sword?
Sparta attack speed is 5 while flame sword is 4. A smaller number means faster attack speed (more attacks per unit time). This would allow you do more damage per second than a Sparta. ot Att speed caps out at speed 2 and booster speeds you up by -2, so with flame sword, you can reach maximum attack speed without needing speed infusion from buccaneers.
u shld use the sparta for now. keep the flame sword n use it after u hit bossing levels if u decide to go 1 handed route
x2, 1 weapon speed is negligible when you're only hitting the mob a few times tops (training). Bossing is when it becomes of significance.
Sparta is stronger for now, but when you start getting higher atk gear and use attack potions to boss the flame sword will be stronger due to it's attack speed
