this isn't a direct bid (and prob quite a long shot), but i'd like to offer my 95/20/11 DPS for the 60/13/13 DPS + 65 WS, if there's somehow a potential buyer out there who might be interested in either claw

 

How much would you value your DPS at? It's a bit difficult to grasp prices this high.

However since your offer is basically a perfect DPS (Perf wa & Luk)
And in return you're asking for a 100% perfect DPS plus 65 WS, you'd get a upgrade for "just" 5 WS

Statistically speaking one needs 10 WS for 1 slot, making it 70 WS in total to perfect a weapon.

I know that the upgrade for you would consist of Avoid & Accuracy where neither one is really needed.

Let's face it, it's a perfectionist thing

However that offer doesn't feel like a good offer, not to mention that the seller would have to add up.

 

i'm not valuing my DPS in any monetary terms (neither am i looking to liquidate it) because as you rightly pointed out, it's difficult to place one true price tag on such items. it isn't in the same hierarchy as a 29 att sock and the like, but intrinsic value still plays a somewhat significant role here

it's a perfectionist thing indeed, and your deduction is logical. but i think you're also overlooking the possibility that at this point in time, i might be the only one who
1. owns a similar claw with comparable stats and
2. is dumb tryhard enough to pay 5 WS (and potentially much more) for 2 avoid
i currently only know of 3 other such sleeves and i doubt their owners really even care about 10 avoid, let alone 2 (let's exclude those with questionable sources of funds, of course)

would anyone s/b at that price? who knows, we'll have to wait and see; there are plenty of strong and rich players out there whom i'm sure already have their eyes on this

in that light, it's totally understandable if my offer isn't deemed satisfactory. at the end of the day, i just hoped to put it on the table, in case somehow, there is someone who is genuinely interested in owning a perfect sleeve but
1. prefers not to take risks with white scrolling on their own and
2. doesn't mind the lower avoid, since it doesn't have any true impact anyway

if the owner decides to finish it himself eventually, that's all well and good too. it's a truly enviable claw but i'm not going to lose sleep over pixels. i'll still own one rare item anyway, and i think that's quite alright

also, if the owner feels that my post was completely off-topic or unacceptable since it wasn't exactly a bid per se, i'd like to apologise. please also feel free to have it removed

I don't think anybody here considers your replies as spam. You just explained your stance, even if it wasn't an actual bid. I really wonder if people report these kinds of conversations.

And regarding the upgrade, i am sure that when an item has 100% perfect stats it recieves a significant price tag update, that's how it was in Diablo II atleast. You get perf stats on 3-4 different variables and you pay significantly more, even if some stats are just crap.

For example you'd pay basically 30-50% more for such an item, even if it had no significant upgrade to your characters stats. I Miss D2

What would a 22 attack glove be valued at?

 

Since i cannot find a recent thread with the sale / purchase of 22 attack gloves i'll need some time to pricecheck 22 att gloves.

All i could find are 21 gloves for 18.5-20b, so i assume 22wa are 24-26b.

For now 22 gloves are valued at 25b, that could change though if they have a higher / lower price for which they go for rather smoothly.
