New to this private server

Hi guys, i am new to this private server. Found it nostalgic to play the old maplestory so i decided to play back on this server.

I have a couple of questions that need you guys to help with, if you can, please help me with the questions, thank you.

Q1. How do we buy cash items to give others?
I tried the gift button but they say i do not have enough NX prepaid. But i do have enough NX cash to buy it so i not sure how do we go about this.

Q2. Is there any advice in playing a pure strength warrior?
Well i am still super low level as i just started playing , and i think i could see that without dex i could not increase my accuracy.
Should i even add some dex and wash it off next time? or i should just continue with strength only ?
As much as i like to get some equipment that helps to support accuracy and dex, i have no money since i am new to the game.
* P.S. i am not a beggar so i am not begging for any mesos, just need some advice on going about this path.

You cant “gift” nx items. You buy the nx item and trade it to whoever you want to trade it to

 

Only NX stuff you can't trade:
All donor equips/items (if it costs RP, it's donor)
Pets
Gachapon tickets

Okay ... so i do have NX from voting for the servers but i definitely could not use the button "gift" .
So i guess we can't really trade cash items with people ???
