Pretty much yeah, the rarer ones just have a lower chance compared to the other tradeable ones, also the sound effect is slightly different.

Once all (or most) of the rare chairs are confirmed (or if I get a pm huehueh) I'll make a rare chairs section, but I think for now it's just Black Bean and Mudkip chair that we know of so far
Black bean chair confirmed tradable? I used to have an untradable version, not sure if there are multiple ids.
I'm assuming black bean is if mudkip is o-o maybe it's like Starry Night and there's 2 I'm not sure, anyone who's gotten one didn't come forward yet

It is currently untradeable but we can change that. It wasn't purposely set as untradeable for this event, was just already untradeable when we were preparing the event.
