    Character Name: Both account got the same issues one is "iNightLord" 2nd is "iLiFeZ" I think... kinda forgot, sorry.

    Last thing you did: Login to check maple point but didn't have enough to purchase 35 gacha tickets then logout.

    Why do you think you got banned?: I don't even know the reason why.

    you were trying to connect from a banned IP address, you should be able to connect if you restart your internet router as most malaysian ISPs provide dynamic IP addresses
