Yes im still having this issue, And after a bit of lurking ive come to notice that im not the only one having this issue and also being lead to posting a mac ban appeal regarding the situation. If you claim that I am not banned in any kind of way I can accept that, since there is indeed no logical reason that I will be banned since I havent been playing for atleast 3 years in this server. But still, If so, I require assistance in solving this problem.

Well its been a long week and I am still here struggling with the same problem. Ive even tried to create another account to see if it still happens and yes the same message appeared but then I thought about it and it doesnt actually proves anything anyways so.. Im passionately waiting for someone to help me out here
the account, mac and ip address you provided arent banned. you need to figure out if you have additional mac addresses (from vpn or other related software or hardware) or double check what you're connecting through and provide that info to us by inbox if you want us to check if thats possibly blocking you from accessing the game. since you arent banned this appeal will be closed
