Closed Banned again?!

Last thing you did: Logged in last night and did some CPQ2.
Why do you think you got banned?: Well last time I was banned by mistaken, so probably that again.
Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again." It's worth mentioning that my entire account is blocked, not any specific character.

Hoping someone can look into this today as it will otherwise be the 2nd time I've been banned on my day off from work.

Do you own the character Slapchop?

 

I used to. I deleted him.

 

He was caught hacking in the ant tunnel. He's still not deleted apparently, as this was only 3 days ago.

 

Is he a Brawler? I deleted Slapchop from the account that is currently blocked to make room for Clacks. I am at my limit of six characters as well, so I am a bit confused on how he could still exist.

 

I'll take a look into this further and will give you a response as soon as I can.

thanks, while i'm able to log into my account i get disconnect as soon as i pick a character (any char, any channel). tried resetting my router and pc

 

logged in from my desktop and was able to play. it looks like i'm MAC address banned on my desktop
