Cannot open the game

Hi i am having this problem which that i cannot open the game.
Double click and admin pop up and pressed yes. but there's no respond from the game. i thought i have to wait but still none. There's no Error message either so i dont know what is the problem

 

This is becoming... a universal... solution. Delete Dinput8.dll file from the mapleroyals folder.
This will most likely fix your problem.

Did you set your monitor refresh rate to 60 hertz or above?

 

my laptop original is 120 hz lol... does it really affect the launch?

 

Removed the dinput8.dll to desktop, presss the .exe does not launch the game, it didnt pop up any error message.

 

But I said "delete" not remove to desktop.

120hz is fine, I've played royals on 120hz and 144hz screens. Have you downloaded the C++ 2015 distributable from here?

Also if that doesn't work, try updating or clean install your graphics drivers.

 

already installed, updated my driver, still cannot open, and no pop out error
