Fixed Cat Lying in Front of a Fan Chair is coming up as untradeable when it wasn't before

I've had a couple of guildmates tell me their chair was untradeable, but I remember putting it as tradeable in the chair guide (and because I wanted to buy one later lol)
I don't have a screenshot yet of the chair in question now, but back during chair gacha I have one --

Not sure what prefix to use, but if it were me I'd be using the Critical one

I’m unsure if there are any other chairs bugged, as nobody else had come forward yet, but I’ll keep an eye out
