I'm getting this error while running the client that i just newly installed on my computer. I've looked it up a bit and tried doing the following:

    1) Running on Administrator and Compatibility mode /reboot my pc multiple times
    2) Uninstall/delete all game files and reinstall
    3) Reinstalling all of Microsoft C++
    4) Reinstalling DirectX
    5) Reinstalling .NET Framework

    I'm on Windows 10 x64 bit

Have you tried reinstalling with your Windows Defender or Anti Virus off?

Yeah I've also added the folder into my exclusions in case it turns back on.

Not sure what else is triggering this issue as the error (0xc000007b) is usually cause by Windows Defender / Anti Virus blocking MapleRoyals

I've googled around and it seems to be an error in which a x32 bit program missing a .dll file that lets it run on a x64 bit system. Do you happen to know which .dll that is I can't find it anywhere

I've tried those methods but since i'm running on windows 10 those are pre-installed so i just get the error of that version or higher is installed already for directx/.net frameworks. I think my last resort is to reset my pc and re-install windows but i have like a billion games i don't want to re-install again hopefully i find something.
