    If you are told someone you were buying fame for 20k, they famed you and you refused to pay them. Then yes I feel like you just scammed the poor guy.

    The quantity of mesos does not matter. It could be 20k or 20bil a scam is in fact a scam

    Well it's a matter of opinion now whether i scammed this guy or not. Dummy. Is it really a scam that i had no clue of fame prices but i had a hunch fame costs more? ;)
