Hello, i can't connect with my wifi but what is weird, because yesterday i could, i use a different wifi connection to get this conclusion (of curse). In my wifi, the game dosn't open and the site dosn't work, but when i switch the wifi connection, every thing work just fine. What could it be? what should i do? Oh, i get this message error > - Windows defender exclusion make - Firewall permission to MapleRoyals.exe allowed (sorry can't edit the topic title)
well, i call to my internet service and ask then to try acess the mapleroyals website, and they also cant acess.
Can you please tell me what you told them? Because I have the same problem and I also want to solve it
Hi, it will be a pleasure, well first i make sure that is a "rout" problem, try to use other wifi ou mobile data to enter in the game if it works you call your internet service assistant. Here is what i do stap by stap when i call the support: 1 > Explaining the problem : Hi, i'm trying to access this game and site but i cant, he load and i receive a message error (i dont remember what is the message but i read for then). 2> Ask they to access MapleRoyals website. >>>>>If they use the same connection as you do, they wont be able to access as well. 3> Ask then to free the access to the site or sent this report to a supervisor. Well what i think is causing this issue is MapleRoyals have recent attacks and for safety the Service auto block the site. Hope i help you.
