Closed mac ban appeal

    Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
    Character Name: cykamon699
    Additional Information: im travelling interstate so i couldnt play using my laptop, as long as im using this laptop im unable to log in. thanks

    Maybe he had to off the PM due to too many requests

    Matt is usually busy with server / donation stuff
    While Tim handle account recovery requests for PIN, PIC

    I not sure if other GMs have the right to access IP & MAC address anot
