Hi, I will make this short to get help ASAP. Everytime I set up my shop it disappears after a few hours, the date on my shop is 22/8, the shop is for a week. I don't know why it happens but its really irritating please someone help!
Shops have a timer. When you have a store open, there should be a text and a timer on top saying "Store Closed". In order for your shop to not disappear you need to manually reopen it occasionally.
Just as Shira says, there is a timer in the top right of your store. Mine currently has 9 hours 21 minutes remaining and then it will automatically close. Your store will also be closed if there are any server resets/patches.
