Closed CONNECTION PROBLEM

    IGN:ROYALIVY
    PROBLEM: cant connect to the character...
    hey, i came back to mapleroyals after 1 year and when im trying to log in its says:
    "this is an ID that had been deleted or blocked from connection"
    i will glad for fast response because i really want to play and i spent alot of time with my character :(

    Try restart your modem / router 1st

    If still unable to connect, make a Ban Appeal to check if your account is banned

    how my account supposed to be banned, I never did anything wrong...

    Only the Staff is able to confirm if your account is banned due to rules violation
