Mind explaining where you got those top tier morals from? I would have definitely given them back as well. It would just be plain evil to take them for yourself after the dude came back from a hiatus like that.
You can be content with your rate of progression and still get to the same level of strength eventually. It's all about how much time you're willing to put in.
All the drama of him accidentally trading you his gear doesn't matter. It all comes down to this: Will you ruin another player's enjoyment of this game for your own personal enjoyment? I would have done the same thing you did.

You did it right! I used to be in this situation, even though my friend quit this game . But i still don't want to keep his gear , because I want him come back. And if i have that gear then i will not have any purpose to keep play royals anymore .
Hmmm, well i disagree. Just wanted to share one of the most interesting that has happened to me on the server and maybe get the community involved. Nothing of deep regret.
