ign:SkyCure problem and details: hi , i have a major problem , i opened an account and start playing maple royals ,i open my main character as ice mage and lvled him up til lvl 130 then i opened in the same account another mage but not an ice mage but a cleric as my mule character and i wanted to lvl him up till lvl 83-84 to max the HS and get some points to the door skill. so now i have reached with my mule up to lvl 71 , but now and only now i have tried to leech my mule with my main ice mage character but with no successbecause i cant log in to the game with these two different characters at the same time from my computer , i asked ppl at royals and they say that it is because i opened my characters in the same account and that is what has caused the problem . so my request is : can you please transfer my mule character into a new account that i will create? i dont wanna open a new character again and start it all over again , from the very first start , please will you do that for me ? thanks alot for your help , im crossing fingers ...
Hi there! Just to let you know, you can log into two characters at the same time-- they just need to be on different accounts. I don't think the Admins can take a character from an account and move it over to another, because I haven't seen it happen before on the forum Looks like you're going to have to remake, unfortunately
Not a GM, but I can assure you they don't assist with character shifting They do assist with character recovery if accidentally deleted
