Although it now becomes a question of credibility.. it’s whether you believe me or not. When I got back home my brother was telling me about mapleroyals and I asked if I could log on from his computer to check my account before I redownloaded the game on my computer. I would be able to provide pictures of two different computers, one is my brothers and one is mine but that’ll have to wait until Saturday when I come back home from university. (this proof however seems very trivial and not sure how else you would like me to prove I was not the one hacking..?)
Unless you have absolute proof it wasn't you that hacked, there won't be any change in the ban. The fact that both characters are linked to the same pc tells us that you were the one who logged into that account and hacked.
