ign:nacl3 problem: I can log in to character select menu , however after entering pic , I am sent to the login screen , and got this error message . If I try to enter the password again , the system would give me the error message which said my character are already logged in in the game
I found the reason cause the problem is dynamic IP address , if I use VPN then I could successfully logged in
Hope you are not using Free VPN, cause you might get false banned You would need a static IP address to prevent such issues
well , this is really a big problem , I have no idea to deal with ...... I don't know if there is alternative way to solve this problem

Sounds like network issue, have you test connection with mobile data instead? (to check if is network issue, or account issue)
I probably will try restart modem / router to see if this issue can be fixed Can be expensive if need to rely on VPN to access Royals
