Cant play in windowed mode

    When I try to launch the game normally through the shortcut it created or from the folder itself i just get this error :
    ( error code: -2147467259 ( some japanese words?)) and the only way i could play its through the MapleRoyalsFullscreen.
    I want to play in windowed mode and it just doesnt work. any help?
