Closed Pet Equip Problem (?)

Problem : Pet Equip
Details : I just finished the multiple pet quest in Henesys Pet Park on my Drk (Vaiiente) then I bought a ribbon for my 2nd pet to scroll jump/speed on it but when i tried to equip it, it turns red and i cant see the ribbon on my drk but i can see the ribbon on my nl (xKook007). What should I do?

Try unquip all of your pet items and unsummon your pet, then summon your pet first, then equip your pet equips by dragging them to their respective slot.
