Vote but doesn't give me NX

This has happened to me 6 times now. Where i vote, and it says thanks for voting, and the NX never makes it to my account. So i try to vote again and it gives me a random timer of 15 hours.

This is so bad and annoying. I've missed out on 48K NX now.. PLEASE can you fix this issue...

 

Yes.. it says " you already voted, vote again" @ some random time..

 

Do u vote using mobile date or wifi?
Voting using mobile date might be the cause of the issue.

 

I'm actually connected straight to my modem using a Ethernet cable..

The issue is, my votes work 90% of the time. But some random times it says I already voted then makes me wait like 15 hours.

I try to vote every day around 8am. So I'm not sure anymore. I'll just continue to vote normally and hope it doesn't happen again..
