Not Bug MapleRoyals King Clang not respawns

I have waiting for more than 3 hours in the Hot Sand ，searching for the chance to solve the quest "A brave warrior to defeat king clang appears"by defeating a King Clang，but there is no King Clang respawn at here. What should I do for completing this quest?

 

It's not a bug. People just like to kill him a lot. He will spawn either on the bottom floor in the center, or on one of the 3 left platforms.

 

But there is no one coming when I am watching this map lol

I have continuly hunting at Hot Sand in CH1 for already five hours ，sometimes also change channel for search.
It is weired that no one shows up and still no King Clang Shell respawned.
