Make hamstring and blind work in bosses

    So currently there are the BM skill blind and the MM skill blind that can debuff mobs when you hit them
    However both of them do not work on bosses which make them rather useless

    Hamstring used to work on BF, Anego and other moving bosses back in old source, so I'm not sure why it changed.
    Right now it's completely useless, but if it worked in bosses it could have some uses in helping you pinning them. It also won't be anything overpowered so there isn't much reason not to change it. BM is a bit weak right now too so it could use some buffs

    As for Blind, the skill could actually be quite nice if it worked in bosses. It can decrease their accuracy by 30% which is kinda like an avoid buff for your party as it makes you less likely to get hit. It can be pretty nice in a boss like HT where you can fall a lot because of low avoid lol
    You could even buff the skill to a higher accuracy reduction perhaps.
    This will give people a reason to bring a MM to boss runs (aside from SE lol) and you also can't mule this skill because it requires you to hit your targets to keep it active.
    MM right now is the weakest attacker class in the game so buffing them a bit could be nice as well

    Marksman is nuts. Please nerf this class so even less people play this class.

    I've made a similar suggestion, but here's what I think it should do:

    Since shads and NLs get such good avoid from shifter, 30% accuracy reduction is a massive boost to their already godly avoid. Muling and multi-clienting was considered, and many people have SE mules (not marksmen though lol).

    I think it's a fine suggestion because they are very low priority skills, they have to come after se, boost, hurricane/snipe, mw, probably after the birds, pierce etc, but even still, sharp eyes is essential for boss runs, so giving mm another super special boss buff sounds OP

    My change was make it so it only works on bosses at max level, or lvl 15 or higher mastery, and it works at 1/3 effectiveness of it's current level. So its something like 13% to lower accuracy 10% for five seconds when maxed out

    For hamstring, the same thing would probably be fine? Never used it, dont know what its really like. The only thing is, these become party skills, and lots of classes have zero, while archers all have the essential SE.

    As much as I would sacrifice on an altar to make it so, I see the contrary to opening that gate

    Or, speaking of just blind again, make it only work for the marksman, and not a party benefit.

    And give saiders finisher panic its blind effect back and the same 1v1 acc decrease?
