Hi i just finished downloading the game and created a new account, after i finished creating my character and trying to log in i got sent back to the log in page and got the message "your all ready logged in" so i restarted the game and tried again... after getting back to the character page i tried to contact once more and once again i was sent to he log in page, this time with the message "cant connect to the server (please try again later)" and after few times i tried this to no prevail i tried to find answers to my problem in the forum. in one thread they explained it could be a problem with the with the current version of the client (hardly possible i just finished downloading the game {from google drive linked in the game site} ), o it could be that my account got banned (i just created it so that's weird) so i created another account and i'm having the same problem with it.... hope you can help me figure out whats the problem and how could i fix it. p.s have a great day =]
Try restart your modem / router 1st If you still unable to login, there's a chance your IP address is banned - need submit Ban Appeal to confirm
OK so i restarted my router and i have the same problem so...... a] my IP address got banned o, b-z] no idea so next stage will be to submit a ban appeal? anyway what could be the reason my IP address would be banned?? dose the server have a region ban???
The server doesn't ban by region It's possible for your IP address to be banned if someone did illegal stuff on the network before Best to clarify with Admin on whether you are really banned
