Best weapon for Bishop

i heard there is a holy damage reduction from elemental wands and staffs, but im still not sure if this applies in this server or not.
im lukless and as i heard its the best way, so i have seen elemental wand for level 130. it requires 0 luk, but i have also seen a staff level 163 which requires a lot of luk.
i just wanted to ask, a few questions basically.

1. is there holy damage reduction effect from elemental wands and staffs
2. is the level 130 elemental wand the best weapon in the game for a lukless bishop, or there is something better
3. does the attack speed of the wand or staff has any effect on Genesis attack casting speed, or not? since it says the level 130 elemental wands have a "Slow" speed, doe sthat mean my Genesis attack will be slower than if i was using a wand with a "Fast" speed?

then why have i heard somewhere in google search in some maple site, it says -25% damage for bishops who use an elemental wand or staff?

He played longer than you, surely he has more knowledge about this game and he's right theres no reduction

 

They removed the holy damage reduction in mapleroyals
It was like that in GMS though

 

1. This server has no damage reduction for bishops using elemental wands and staffs.
2. Yes, it is the best endgame weapon for lukless bishop. You want Elemental Wand 5 or 6, they are cheaper and offer more INT than 7 and 8.
3. No. Wand speed only effects a few useless skills such as big bang.
