I'm currently in college at the moment and I live with my roommate (IGN: Hamyyz). I've been playing Mapleroyals intermittently since 2015 and I told Hamyyz about the game back around february 2018. Neither of us has been banned or have broken any rules in game. I make sure to vote using 4G LTE while he uses the college campus internet connection that way we don't break any rules of vote abuse. We also make sure to play on our own separate laptops so we don't log onto each other's account. My roommate checked last night and said he wasn't banned so I don't think it could be any of these reasons. I hope this information helps.

Your college connection might have been banned, which is a common problem. Can you PM me your current IP address?

The connection you PM'd me isn't banned. It might be one of the other public connections around the campus, so it might depend on where you connect from. Other than that, there's not much you can do to reset their switches or routers since you don't own them.

 

Actually I just tried logging in just now and I was able to log in perfectly fine. I had an issue last night though. I hope this doesn't happen again
