is there not a halloween event this year?

hey brand new player pretty much here. was waiting for halloween event to farm zombie rings but it seems there is no event... or did i just miss it or something?

This upcoming Halloween event is actually for the Halloween 2020 event. It'll just be several months earlier than usual.

When someone asks in the future about when the Halloween event will be here on October 2020, we can just point to them that they missed it by several months.

 

Alright well i have checked the forum for updates... and i was logged into the game before during and after halloween and didn't notice a single change where do you even go to do the halloween events and most importantly how do you farm the zombie rings thats all i really care about i need 4. if i somehow missed it... that kinda makes me demoralized to continue because ive been waiting stacking vote money for these rings... and to have missed it somehow??? its super unclear to a pleb like me how to participate in these events.

 

Well can someone link me the patch notes for the halloween event or explain how to get the zombie army ring... Also i have seen people wearing more then 1 ring at a time so i really don't know why i wouldn't be able to stack zombie rings.

Zombie Rings were never stackable.

You probably did not see it correctly.

 

yea im positive when i clicked someone and saw 1-2-3-4 rings in their current equiped gear like anyone can see when you click people lead me to believe this??? and back in the day i could stack them

 

You can wear more than one ring just click and drag to the ring slot instead of just double clicking it

 

You can equip up to 4 rings. As Lahv said, you just need to drag them to the ring slot. Zombie Ring and all the other event rings have this additional description added to them that says, "Unique Equipped Item" which means you're only allowed to equip one of them.



You have to fill the other three slots with other rings other than the Zombie Rings.

I believe GMS allowed Zombie Rings to be stacked.

 

oh alright well this server is kinda fucking bogas for that. they are really not gonna let you stack zombie rings? not as motivated to play for sure because i remember being able to stack them shit tier event shit tier rewards why even bother. how do you even get 1 zombie ring since i won't need to farm them

 

The ring isn't THAT good, you can easily get a better ring than that if you care that much about rings.
Alchemist rings surpass them easily, then you have almighty ring and if you really need a good free ring just wait for valentine's event.
Did you expect to have +400 hp +400 mp +4 all stats at level 30?

 

You're putting way too much weight onto the Zombie Rings mate. They're one of the worst rings in the game.

Do the Halloween gauntlet 20 times to get a Zombie Ring. It occurs every 2 hours in Ch 1. The witch NPC will give you an item that can transport you to the gauntlet map.

 

alright well if your argument is "zombie rings are the worst rings" then why restrict them and make them not stackable... its just annoying especially for new players trying to get petty stats like Dex when im a dexless warrior atm. but now i know i only get +1 dex not +4 which is just snoozeville looks like ill just be voting for a month or two until i have enough money to afford dex gear because personally not motivated to put any effort at all into this server atm. Because if they are being goofy about such a stupid change like this? what other cancer lies ahead.
