So since the Halloween update i've been having this odd issue where my game just crashes all of the time: when i enter maps, just randomly, changing channel. Saw some old posts about it and done what they suggested; including redownloading the game. The main error that i get is 2147287038, but when i try using the Witchy Woman's trading option a 2147467261 error pops. I have windows 10 but run the game on win7 compatibility with 60GHz refresh rate on both my monitors. Would really appreciate some help, even if its to point me to a relevant older post in case i missed it before.
Do you have the latest files or are you using the one you downloaded straight after the halloween patch?
