Hi there, Long time returning player here but I ran into this problem when logging into my account. I am able to login from the webpage and it shows my current NX as well. Don't quite understand what's the problem so please help! Thanks~
Unfortunately that didn't work for me, restarted multiple times already but nothing happened. Anyways, in another thread I found out that my account was hacked and blocked so still awaiting reply from admins. Thanks for the advice though
If you are still blocked after restarting modem/router, make a Ban Appeal to clarify if your account is banned
If you still have the message of "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection" Make a post at https://royals.ms/forum/forums/ban-appeal.8/create-thread Follow the format that is required And write that your account is blocked
