Hey guys. After clicking the Mapleroyals icon, I'm brought into the login screen and I can hear the music for a few seconds before it automatically alt tabs me out. Whenever I try to get back in, the music plays for a bit again and I'm automatically alt-tabbed. Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks! Edit: When I hover my cursor over the game icon at the bottom, the 'preview' doesn't show the loading screen.
Please provide your OS and how you are launching the game. Note win7+ has issues unless you launch in compatibility mode for winXP or lower. Also please try to explain your issue in basic language. We find it hard to understand your use of "alt-tabbed". alt-tab is a keyboard shortcut to switch between active GUIs in windows. Do you actually see the alt-tab interface pop-up, or is it the case that GM-Katsuruka brought up?
I think I know exactly what you mean. It's happened to me to the point of frustration, and I had no fucking clue how to solve it. I'm pretty sure this has to do with a bubble in your notification bar, on the bottom right. Personally, I figured out that this alt-tab problem happened to me every time I plugged in my earphones. Then I found every time I do my laptop runs sound software (RealTek) and it stays in the background. Now all I have to do if I have this problem is kill the process in the Task Manager and voila!
Delete the Realtek application run entries if you feel safe editing your registry. Create a system restore point before proceeding. Then, run regedit Expand Computer > HKCU > Software > Microsoft > Windows >Current Version > Run Once you click on the run key, on the right hand side you should have a list of keys. Click and delete whichever one corresponds to the realtek. You most likely have a realtek background process that waits for a headphone/mic connection then gives you that popup. Windows always knows how to handle hardware and has drivers to do so, any additional sound apps are un-needed for operation. If you do not see any realtek entries there, check again in this location: HKLM > Software > Microsoft > Windows >Current Version > Run If you still do not see any realtek entries, run services.msc double click a realtek service if you find one and click stop, and set start up to disabled. Good luck. Message me for help!
