Closed Nine Spirit Egg Problem

Problem: i didn't get the item to upgrade horntail necklace
Details: after a horntail run (i paid for it), i picked up the necklace and the nine spirit egg, then i moved to the map "below the dangeous nest"
to trade the egg for the item, but i didn't recive any item, just lost the egg (like shown in the pic)
i looked my inventory, i have enough space on each slot, so it's not a full item problem.
so, i lost the egg and didn't get what i suposed to get

please, help, i hope the pictures upload well, first time writing a forum post

 

The images are tiny. Did you break the egg that spawned and talked to the dragon?

 

Did u accept egg quest first?

 

In fact, the quest is still "in progress".

Did you go to Raul the Knight to proceed with the quest before visiting the Nine Spirit's nest?

 

It seems like it's my fault and not a bug, anyways, i hope it has a solution, because i paid 400m for the service.

unfortunately, the solution is to complete the quest 1st then pay more mesos to get a new egg so that u can complete it properly. typically u can ask the ppl who are selling u service for advice if you are confused

ok, i went to another run and HT didn't drop the egg.
i think the three headed dragon hates me... gotta be kidding me

 

Isn’t the rate drop always 100%?
