Moderate Items lost in storage

    I tried to transfer an INT bathrobe and deputy star through storage, and when I logged on to the account I was trying to transfer it to, it wasn't in there. I then logged back into the account that originally had the items and they weren't on that account either. Its been 2 days and there's no sign of those items existing now on either account. Is this a know issue, and is there any to find them again or am I just out of luck?

    It is not possible to transfer items between accounts via storage

    Do you mean you are unable to find the items on any characters on the same account?

    The Storage Keeper in FM Entrance? I've always transferred items to different characters on my account that way.

    And yes, I put the 2 items in the item storage, logged out, logged into a different character on the same account that I want to have take out those 2 items, and they just no longer existed
