Fixed New NX Equip Oceanic Hat Bug

    As the video is shown, the hat disappeared while using certain skills.

    I also found the same issue with Soft Snow Hat. It seems like the hat does not disappear for basic attacks, Slash Blast, Power Strike, Charged Blow, and Rush. For all the other skills, the hat is disappearing.

    Came here to post this, happens with many bishop skills too for the oceanic hat

    Same issue with Soft Snow Hat on bishop. Disappears for genesis, invincible, maplewarrior, magic guard.
