I'm from China, and I can't log in to play mapleroyals. so i can only use vpn to log in the game, but this doesn't take me as a hacker.
After looking into it you were banned for hacking, after getting back your account that was previously hacked. The hacking ban applied to your character, account, IP and MAC and is a permanent ban.
First of all, I think your investigation is a joke. You haven't looked into my current mac, ip address or the vpn address I used. I have a record of renting vpn and paying for it. I could not believe that you didn't have the real evidence, so I found a reason to lock my account down. I don't know the hacker you're talking about.
