Hello everyone, first of all thank you for taking the time to read this.

I currently have a level 130 bishop and I leveled it to 130 so I could utilize the elemental wands for a big M.Att boost from my maple weapons. I leveled this bishop with the idea to optimize leeching (sorry for people who hate this). In terms of optimize, I am talking greater exp gains for the person leeching due to the lower level and possibly a higher price/hr for the same reason. Doing the math at my current level it would cost an exorbitant amount of money for me to be able to 1-hit skeles but this was my hope prior to seeing reality.

My question is this, I wanted to have this bishop not too high a level so I can still sell low level leech but also be able to sell leech at the higher cost areas, currently I am at a dilemma:

    1) Do I level the bishop higher to make it easier to 1-hit skeles and just stick to selling skele leech?
    2) Do I pour funds into the bishop in hopes that I eventually 1-hit skeles at my level potentially giving me the option to sell low level leech also?

Things I can do: I can TC and am in the process of finishing up my SI mule (hoping this would increase cost/hr I could charge also)

    Equipment for people wondering:
    Hat: 5/5/5/5 Lord Pirate Hat
    Face: 5/5/5/5 Rudolph Nose
    Medal: 2/2/2/2 Master Adventurer
    Earring: 6 int 10 m.att Single Earring
    Necklace: 2/1/1/S spiegal
    Overall: Clean bathrobe
Cape: 8 int 6 m.att Purple Gaia Cape
    Gloves: 12 m.att flamekeeper cordon
    shoes: nothing
    belt: nothing
    face: nothing
    rings: none
    weapon: 7 int 159 m.att ele wand 5
and MW 9 (same % boost as 10) with 10 points in gen and 14 points unspent (planning for gene 20 maybe 30 (considering switching points from MW to gen if necessary)).

Current magic with above listed is 922 and 942 with wizard elixer

The equipment is trash I know, before I commit to something I would like to hear the community opinion.

Thank you again for taking the time to read this and I hope you are enjoying your weekend. :)

    Hi there!

    1) If ur goal is to 1 hit skele, you should make Horntail as ur goal as well! Investing in gen30 and mw20 just to 1 hit skeles is not cost efficient. There are better alternatives like fp mage + hs mules at petris for leech!
    2) To 1 hit skeles at 130 is not easy! You need an estimated average of 80-90b worth of mage equips.

To note, SI does not work with genesis anymore!

For equipment, i would suggest u to get a zak helm and scroll it with 60% int, get a horntail pendant, and aim for a 180 tma ele wand 6 to start off!

    To summarise
If u want to aim to 1 hit skeles, make horntail as your goal as well!
Otherwise, invest in gen 20 and stay at lvl 130 to sell low level/ ulu 1 & 2 leech!
Fp mage + hs mule for petris if u are looking to fund yourself from leech!
Prioritise on zak helm > horntail Pendant > wand > earring/overall first. Things like gloves, shield and accessories should be worked on last.

I can share with you what I've done with my bishop (may not be as good as the rlly pro bishops out there, but just my 2 cents haha)

I leveled my bishop to lv 161 in order to max:

    (1) genesis
    (2) maple warrior

    = for efficient leeching;

    (3) holy shield
    (4) resurrection
    (5) hero's will

    = for effective bossing; and

    (6) bahamut

    = for afk-muling/stopper-farming.

With this set-up, it won't be too expensive to attain ~1.3k magic to 1-hit skeles due to your high int and, if you have been washing your bishop, gives you a decent hp/mp pool that's comfortable for both leeching and bossing.

Also, I think that at such a level, it will still be low enough to be classified a low-level bs and thus you could charge higher rates for your leech due to higher exp gain for buyers while simultaneously not losing your potential for bossing/ht runs due to your skill versatility.

Thank you for your input! I noticed you mentioned 161 would still be considered a low level bishop, would this mean people buying something like harp leech would still take me as a seller? Just as an example. Even at 130 I was wondering if I was on the line for "low level leech".

Thank you again for taking the time to reply!

No worries haha, I meant low level bishop for skeles* (highest leeching map for bses so far)! (not to be confused with low-level leech like jr wraiths, muddy banks, gallos, harps, etc.)

Edit: Selling higher-level leech will generally be more profitable for you as you gain mesos from npcing your loots (i.e. 1 hour skele leech = 130m from buyer + roughly 30-40m from npcing equips) in addition to the chance of obtaining godly equips (e.g. 84wa king cent goes for up to 500m each these days iirc).

The low-level bishop advantage here refers to you being able to charge say 140m for your leech (extra 10-15m per hour than regular skele leech @125-130m per hour), and is not to be confused with selling low-level leech.

I think you should just take this bishop, and try to level it to 200. Then, finish up your si mule and get time leap on it.

Then, you can start a new bishop, level it to 130 (max genesis) and use that to sell the premium leech. You will have all the funding from your level 200 bishop, so your gear will be quite good. In addition, you will have access to infinity echo via timeleap from your si mule.

This will allow your low level bishop to be very strong and potentially 1hit skeles.

I guess that would be the only way to make achieving the goal easier haha. Didn't consider this but definitely something to consider! Thank you for your reply. :)
