Hey everyone, I have a laptop with MapleRoyals installed on it, and verified on my home network that it opens and lets me connect. My girlfriend was admitted to the hospital yesterday, so I've obviously been there as well. When on the public Wifi the game will not open. Pops up a message about it not being able to connect to the server and may be something with the firewall or proxy settings. The mapleroyals website also times out when trying to visit it. Everything else works, google, youtube, etc. But I can't do anything with MapleRoyals. I've verified that the Windows Firewall has an acception for the program, and I am unable to get any success. If anyone has suggestions or knows what I'm doing wrong, please let me know. Thanks in advance!
I had a similar problem with university wifi before. What I was told is that certain game ports are blacklisted by the university's IT department.
From the description of how the game is unable to launch, and also unable to access website I believe the hospital ban gaming stuff on their WiFi You would need some other network if wanna play Royals in the hospital
