Hey man, sorry to bother. Did you get any answer from Tim? I sent him a message earlier today as well but got nothing from him.

Thank you. One suggestion, I believe you could add this part "Usually takes him 1-3 days to answer." to the PIN Reset post you guys have, so someone else won't bother like me hehe
