^ raw image So I found this about two weeks ago, on the Thursday right before Halloween to be exact. Its my first ever encounter with a 15% scroll in all of maple, but its untradeable, and not even a highly desired stat scroll... It dropped from Windraiders on the map 'Lower Ascent'. My pet looted it immediately so I was unable to screenie it on the ground. Apparently, none of my guildies nor buds knew anything about it, and haven't seen or heard of one since... Thoughts?
Those were in the original game together with 65% scrolls. I'm not quite sure where exactly they originate from, but I have had them from WR at other private servers as well on occasion. I've grinded at WR a lot in GMS and never got a single one of those scrolls there. So either it was something related to an event that happened somewhere with v0.62 included, or they got added to the drop table as a bug/flaw in the source. They aren't any special indeed, unfortunately. EDIT: What makes me doubt if they were only there in the time table where v0.62 was part of, is that I've also had these scrolls on a v0.90 private server. The same flaw in the source of both a v0.62 as well as a v0.90 source would be really unlikely so there may have been more to those scrolls. I'm just not sure as I have never gotten them myself in GMS.

According to bbb hidden-street, they did indeed drop by Windraiders. I'm not sure about all the other 15%/65% scrolls though. EDIT: Ninja'd
