Your account was banned in 2018 for security reasons, as it was likely hacked. You will need to change your password to get your account unlocked, but that won't be available until the new control panel is released.

Also, since it was for security purposes, am I allowed to make a new account for the time being, or should I just wait for the entire situation to clear up just to be safe?
