Chaos Scrolls from Mushroom Shrine are somewhat the same rarity, but cost around ~50m more. NLC Gachapon also has Forging Manuals that are required to make high tier equipment like Facestompers and Stormcaster Gloves.
All of the Gachapons are relatively well rounded in terms of money made, but I prefer the Singapore Gachapon because if the Black Versal Material and White Raccoon Mask chances.
That can be said for Perion and Kerning, but those Gachapons also have a chance of getting Pink Adventurer/Gaia Capes. Not everyone can be super lucky like you
Nautilus does indeed give BVMs. I've only gached there once, but I know of several people who have said it does.
Personally I just started CBD and I've been having really good luck lately, last 3 runs I've made minimum 120m~+ per run. It's a tiny sample size but there's so many nice goodies that you're bound to get something. Also if you happen to have a warrior, CBD gives an untradeable 15ish acc face accessory.
Chaos scrolls, at least historically, were way rarer than white scrolls (afaik). There seem to be a lot of them these days though, so maybe they've increased the rate?
Mmm perhaps. I remember a post from matt stating there were like 6 or 8 chaos currently in the server, and over a hundred white scrolls (after some duper claimed to have stacks of ws and chaos on mules). I think it was sometime around June/July (fairly recently).
Hoarding Chaos Scrolls really doesn't have any benefit to it, but hoarding White Scrolls do to save save some time looking for them in the future if you want to perfect a weapon.. Whether one gets more hoarded then the other shouldn't determine the rarity.
