Hey guys, I have decided to make a dark knight and just reached 4th job today. I also purchased a 130att/17 str Pinaka for 900m. Currently, there is a sky ski in the market with 115att/16str for about 1.1b I believe My current stats are as followed: (These are stats with the 130att/17str pinaka equipped) Lvl 120 Dark Knight Str: 675 = (584+91) Dex: 109 = (30+79) Attack: 1811 - 4877 Besides the pinaka, my only other source of att is from my 10 attack gloves. I do plan on getting a cape eventually but I don't imagine getting one higher than 6-7 att, and boots are out of the question currently. With that said, my sources of attack currently are: 130(pinaka) + 10(gloves) + 6-7(potential cape) + 12(warrior elixir) My questions are: 1. Did I buy that pinaka for a decent price or did I overpay? 2. Is someone able to do some calculations for me to tell me whether the 115/16 sky ski is able to out dps the pinaka? 3. What stats would a sky ski need for it to be better than the pinaka? Thanks in advance

No, with the set up you listed, the sky ski will not out-dps the pinaka Spoiler: Calculations Sky ski = normal[6] attack speed. with booster = fast[4] Pinaka = slow[7] attack speed. with booster = fast[5] Assuming you are using Crusher: Sky ski: fast[4] weapon it takes 0.93 seconds to use 1 Crusher Pinaka: fast[5] weapon it takes 0.99 seconds to use 1 Crusher So, Sky ski is doing 64.516 Crushers per minute Pinaka is doing 60.606 Crushers per minute Sky ski is doing 3.91 more Crushers per minute than the Pinaka, a 6.452% difference This means your total attack with Pinaka needs to be +6.452% higher than total attack with Ski Your total attack with Pinaka = 130+10+7+12 = 159 total attack Your total attack with Ski = 115+10+7+12 = 144 total attack 159/144 translates to: 10.417% > 6.452%, so Pinaka has enough attack to outdps ski You have a +3.97% Damage advantage over the 115 ski Spoiler: Calculations with Onyx Apple instead of Warrior Elixir Your total attack with Pinaka = 130+10+7+100 = 247 Your total attack with Ski = 115+10+7+100 = 232 247/232 translates to: +6.466% > 6.452%, , so Pinaka has enough attack to outdps ski With Onyx Apple, you have a +0.01% Damage advantage over the 115 ski, advantage is much smaller 3. 1 more attack [if onyx appled]. seriously. but it doesn't have to come from the ski, it can come from ANY equip Example if you replace your 10att glove with 11att, Spoiler: Calculations with 11 att glove Your total attack with Pinaka = 130+11+7+100 = 248 Your total attack with Ski = 115+11+7+100 = 233 248/ 233 translates to: +6.438% < +6.452%, so Pinaka will lose to ski (Ski has +0.01% Damage advantage) With Onyx Apple, you now have a -0.01% Damage disadvantage over the 115 ski, your advantage is gone Hope this helps. let me know if you have any questions

Realistically, I will most likely be onyx appled while bossing, so that would make the ski better for sure, since i do plan to upgrade my gloves and cape eventually. Price seems OK for 130wa pinaka. This can last you a long time while u work on your cape and boots... i used to be using a 129 pinaka > 124 ski Ski will outshine pinaka when you start bossing (>135) For training, get the highest pinaka/faltizan, also get the speed pill from ludi. it really helps in the speed!
Hey Im curently level 141 and just recently purchased a 9att cape. I havent gotten any boots yet though. Im searching FM everyday for sky skis but i never see any over 117 att
