Closed No nx after voting

Hey I'm new to the server and I voted last night, took me to the page where i had to do the image captcha thing and said success but I waited and no nx ever appeared in the cash shop.

 

Were you logged into the game at the time of this occurring?

 

Yes i was in game, also set my sibling up playing on her net book thing which could run the game somewhat smooth, She comes in stating she got permanently banned , i laugh hysterically then learn i am permanently banned as well. I'm so confused and I haven't really had the time to post or inquire what it is that happened to both of our accounts because she didn't know my password.

 

I am no GM but if you haven't hacked or done anything else wrong there is no problem just make a ban appeal.
