Unfortunately, the Staff do not provide any refunds for accounts that have been hacked I would recommend you to reset PIC / PIN before resuming if you suspect your account security has been breached
Haven't see any cases of rollback glitches If you want Staff to investigate the possibility of rollback glitches, you have to provide the name and stats of the missing items for them to identify, how can they check with "some of my items were gone"?
