Most were there 3-4 years ago? just sold and gacha more after getting nx? sell the items and upgrade them with more cs and ws? isn't that called investment?
i took a hiatus of 3-4 years to vote to get those items and thats RWT? the only currency i dealt with was rp...

this is your appeal so it's your job to explain to us how you got those items, not the other way around

besides "just sold and gacha more after getting nx", where and how did you get the cs/ws/mesos to upgrade when you don't seem to own a farming character?

those items come with some hefty price tags too, and i believe it's quite an accomplishment for anyone to own or buy them. surely you'd remember how much you'd spent on them approximately and a rough timeline for when you got them in-game?

 

Honestly, I started playing probably about 5-6 years ago? most of my friends already quitted and that's how I receive some of the items at a cheaper rates probably tbh i dont even rem how much it was then?
Others were traded between 9-15 ws/cs? those were 300m-350m then?
I have farming characters more than 2-3 mages 2 were deleted left 1.

To answer your qn?
CS/WS from gacha? 1-2 of them buying them at 295m and selling them at 310m? that was 5 years ago? i think?
likewise i cant provide you with the information of those characters if i am banned am i right? neither can i go into my buddy list to check my friends name cause its been 5 years? or so?

I spent a total of probably more than 50 cs/ws from the year 2015-2016 that all i can remember i guess.

It is my ban appeal, however shouldn't there be a clarification before banning or accusing anyone of a RWT especially since its just based on "GM" assumption of having "expensive" items. The items 5 years ago and now is different? i guess? And if that is how GM ban people then wont there be people who never RWT and yet get banned? And its pretty frustrating that after playing 5-6 years and 3 years of hiatus of voting it just take a ISP block for another month and I get back to a banned account? That just don't make sense to me for working hard for 5 years, shouldn't you guys clarify or be fair about it?

 

are you telling us that you had spent around 3.6 - 4.2b for each of those items (assuming 12 ws/cs at 300 - 350m each), when they are easily worth upwards of 30b each, even in old source prices?

for an example,

1. a 23 att cape was up for auction here in Jul 2016: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/23-attack-pink-gaia-cape.71523/ and it eventually sold for 22 att cape + 11b topup
2. a 60/10 clean DPS was up for auction here in Nov 2016: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/s-perfect-sleeve-60-att-5-att-clean-pgc.83512/ and the bids reached >10b, so a 60/12 clean DPS would probably fetch a slightly higher price, not to mention having to WS 7 slots (average 70 WS = ~21b)

so you only paid a fraction of the meso values for these items? you must have really good friends? but you can't even remember their IGNs or show us some form of agreement for those items?

you said you worked hard for 5 years but deleted at least 2 of your mages? why would you do that if you used them to farm?

are you saying that you merched WS/CS at a profit? back then in old source, the tax rates got higher with each tier of transaction value. i'd imagine the after-tax profit on these scrolls wouldn't have been much at all. even with the current flat tax rate of 3%, it's a mere gain of 14.55m/scroll. how many did you buy/sell to fund those items? what character did you use to merch? you spent 50 WS/CS for a gear set that's probably worth more than 300 WS/CS?

for what it's worth, if we've made a mistake, we are not afraid to admit it, apologise and revert the ban. however, based on initial investigations, we've deemed the information we currently have sufficient to warrant your suspicious activity ban, so instead of trying to victimise yourself here and resorting to cynical responses, please do your best to cooperate and provide as many details as you can. otherwise, there's no point in us continuing with this appeal

1. you demand to know my friends Ign when you banned me? Am i suppose to hack my own account to and then email you their Igns?
2. Form of agreement? is Mapleroyals trading a bank? I'm suppose to keep track of transaction history from 5 years ago? even my bank might not have that. and thus how am i suppose to even do that? find a notebook and write down at 2015 someone trade me a claw?
3. i play 3 bishop and all 3 of them are used to farm, i still have one and recreated one before you guys banned me and unlike stocks market i play maple for fun and not to earn money? like i said maybe 50 cs/ws is nothing to you but to me they meant alot? Am i suppose to quantify my success based on how many mages I created and how much i earn in royals?

4. I dont even calculate tax rates? what ? is this currency exchange? Am i suppose to submit income tax for 100 scrolls i traded or 50 scrolls? are you the government or my financial minister that I am required to write down the transactions and submit them to you? Or do I have to report to you that someone traded me a "good" claw or item maybe you can check if he's a scammer.
5. You expect a normal player to understand tax rates and business transactions in a game? 5 years ago all I was focused was is passing my MBBS and graduating, now you expect me to cough out my online friends name? I can diagnose you with "unreasonable" now but I can't tell you a name of someone I met probably 6-7 years ago am I right? Unlike you guys, some of us have careers outside that don't revolve around pixleated 2D transactions.
6. You guys did make a mistake and the records are with you guys. 6-5 years ago. You expect me to provide more information from where? my brain memory?
7. You "deem" the information making you justifiable to ban someone without proper investigation. Sounds like "I can arrest you without warrant"

So Mr Gm intern, what other information am I suppose to provide? My username and password so you can log into check my friend IGN? or the amount of nx I have? or RP? Like honestly?
It's alright if you cant find 5 years old information, my life can make do without mapleroyals. Hopefully after COVID you can retain the amount of players in your dying server. Especially those who are loyal to your server
Hopefully you guys review the way y'all "deem" someone breaking your rules, or even the way you guys work. If you cant handle it Mr intern pls find someone who have the records of me 5 years ago? That's your job right? not mine?

A casual player will never reach the funding to have the gear you own, and no, you can't possibly buy such high tier equipment in the free market.

What questions? I answered as truthfully as I could remember and did which are above? so why am I being asked to repeat?
I didn't say i bought the items at FM, I think you're missing my point I just said I didn't purchase them on forum? and I don't camp at the forum just to look for items as if I'm purchasing stocks?

 

If you didn't buy them on the forums or in the Free Market, where did you buy them?
I find it hard to believe you can't remember even one of your friends' names from a few years ago, especially if they gave you such amazing deals on godly equipment.

Yea I have 6-7 characters 5 years ago which included deleted and reusing the same name, maybe you can log into my account and see for me.

Funny holding items for 5 years, took a hiatus of 2-3 years suddenly back in 2019 play for a year and in 2020 miraculously banned for "RWT". Takes 5 years for you to find evidence? which is oh sorry you're holding too many good items.
Not everyone monitors item prices like you guys, this is a 2d game I dont even know what prices are set then, I just take whatever that is better than my own shit.
Why the hell you take this game so seriously as if its stocks exchange? And for that you ban me with no apparent reason without even an apology.
Maybe those items are good to you but it does not seem much to me? for the fact you have to ban me over having those items? wth?

Funny how you guys want me show proof of innocence when I got banned and all my proof are inside. Funny how you guys never showed any evidence of "RWT" and oh I have a few items thats evidence enough..... speechless.

1. despite your supposed educational qualifications, you're unable to make a logical, rational case for yourself without getting overly-defensive and resorting to personal attacks
2. you've only answered our queries with more baseless, irrelevant questions and evasive straw-man arguments
3. you evidently don't have much game knowledge at all, which makes it even less likely that you obtained those items legitimately

like i said, we did our homework and based on initial investigations, we do have sufficient grounds for this ban. our Admins definitely have much better things to do than to find a way to prove your vague claims for you. on the contrary, that responsibility is yours, and unfortunately, you haven't been able to do that very well at all so far

as Hamburg has mentioned above, we can close this appeal given your sheer unwillingness to cooperate. so if you've got better things to do then please do go ahead. wake me up when you find proof of your innocence, and maybe then, there will really be a cure for stupidity

Your replies indicates to me that
1. you expect people to provide you with the information when you should be the one holding onto it and it's your responsibility to ensure game rules are fairly administered not abuse your authority.
2. I answered your question with the best of my memory, maybe you can explain to me which part of 5 years ago do you not understand
3. Since you wont accept the fact that the proof and names of my friend are inside my account. It shows you're not willing to prove your mistake or trace further. Probably a way to cover up your stupidity and mistakes.

Yea it's vague claims so is your claim on me RWT. That shows an abuse of power.
Why did I bother to provide more information on people who are just obnoxious and show no signs of aiding players. Hopefully others can enjoy the game better.
