mac banned help

    so I was banned for 30 days for account sharing and yestarday (monday) is when I got unbanned. I tried logging in and would crash and get this message "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later." Friends told me that that probably means that I'm mac banned. So I downloaded msroyals on my laptop, and it logs in fine. I tried logging in today as well but I still get the same message. Is there a way to get unbanned from the mac address?

    You need to confirm with the GMs via the Ban Appeal post

    Just saw that GM have confirmed is not a MAC ban

    I probably would try reinstall since network isn't the issue

    I probably would provide the MAC address to GM via PM (Conversation) and confirm again if its MAC ban
