    Level 29 hitting 68084 damage to a snail... I think the autoban speaks for itself.

    Um, I was in kerning city pq at the time... There is no snail around and how can I even hit that high?? I wouldnt be training on snails at lv 29.

    Check my character I was in kerning city PQ killing ligators with my party when i got disconnected and this ban appeared...

    The information in the database confirms that you were indeed doing stage 1 of KPQ at the time you were disconnected and banned.

    Yes, so i dont understand how I can deal 'high damage 68084' to a Snail?

    The character banned for hitting 69k damage on a snail was a level 4 character called 'Rule' which is somehow related to your account. Not the level 29 character that @John mentioned in his post. We are still investigating.
