Fixed incorrect password

    tried to log in but gives me incorrect password message, changed password on control panel but stilll does not work

    Currently password have to be 8 to 12 letters

    Supposed to support up to maximum of 100, but not recognized in game client yet

    Your password MUST fall in between 8-12 characters. Mine was 13.
