Closed Can't log in when already type right password

    IGN: 594ibiggg
    Problem: print error incorrect password
    Details: I confirm i input the correct password, but can't log in.
    I go to control panel try to log in but password can't go in aswell.
    Then i type forgot password and want to reset password but still don't receive any e-mail.
    My another cracter don't have this problem can log in game and control panel and also verify e-mail.

    Previously password can only be length of 12, increased to 100 now

    Try login with first 12 alphanumeric of your password

    um i can log in my control panel but in game it still says this is an incorrect password

    Try reset your password at control panel, may have been corrupted after the patch

    i try to reset password for twice. Is password reset in control panel is reset control panel's password not for game?
